My personal message to you
I have been involved in sport all my life, from playing Rugby up County Level, to Karate and Thai Kickboxing. I bring that passion into all my sessions, unless you are dedicated to a specific sport, training should be varied to keep it interesting.
As a personal trainer I concentrate on three main things. Client experience, trainer-client relationship and results. I recognise that every client is different and should have a tailor made training program to allow them to reach their goals.
