Pippa has been personal training for almost ten years. During this time, she has worked with an array of clients to help them achieve their health, fitness and performance goals. Pippa co-founded Mind & Muscle (an online coaching service) in 2015. She enjoys staying fit, blogging about health and has previously competed as a bikini athlete, placing Top 6 in Britain (2017).
Pippa has a first class degree in Psychology (BSc) and is currently working on her Ph.D. For the past four years she has worked as a part-time lecturer teaching Sport and Exercise Science. Alongside this, she has conducted and published research examining how dieters successfully lose weight, and more recently, mental toughness and how it relates to exercise and well-being.
She integrates her knowledge of psychology to help clients improve their mindset and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle.
Pippa is passionate about her work and adopts a holistic approach which takes in to consideration health, nutrition, training and other lifestyle factors, to create a bespoke coaching program for her clients.
